The regulator servicing package comprises total strip down, chemical wash, flush and dry, polishing and inspection followed by reassembly with original spare part kits from the manufacturer, calibration with final tuning and overnight pressure run. This process takes about 2-3 working days depending on our queue and load, sometimes 1-2 weeks. Before collection, a special micro leak water test is carried out. Cost ranges from MYR 200 to MYR 320 for labour plus about MYR 350 to MYR 590 for parts depending on brand, make, model and how many kits are needed. Extra charges apply for sets that are excessively corroded requiring extra hours and treatment to disassemble.
